Vintage hand-painted wall plate made in Delphi, Greece, replicating an ancient Greek pottery design with a walking gazelle at center, framed by concentric bands of Greek key, vine, and woven guilloche borders in warm ochre, rust, and blue tones. Inscribed on the reverse with maker notes and date. A warm wall-hanging piece equally at home in a collected wall gallery or bookshelf.
