Antique ca. late 1920s Monmouth Western Stoneware Pottery batter bowl with a generous pour spout and loop handle featuring a cream and soft brown spongeware glaze. A natural fit in a farmhouse or cottagecore kitchen — functional as a mixing bowl or displayed as a decorative accent.
The maple leaf maker's impression on the base places this piece in the early 20th century as the company used the mark between 1906 and 1930 and began phasing it out during the Great Depression
CONDITION
In good condition with wear consistent with age and use, including some wear to the glaze at the tip of the spout (photo 10) and a small chip on on the base (photo 11)
