A turn-of-the-century white semi-porcelain platter by Dresden Pottery Works of East Liverpool, Ohio, with a softly scalloped oval rim and beautifully aged ivory glaze. Marked on the underside with the green laurel wreath Dresden Semi Porcelain backstamp, which was used circa 1890–1910. Beautiful crazing throughout and a small chip on the rim (see closeup photo). A natural fit on an open shelf, layered with other ironstone, or used as a serving piece on a country table.
CONDITION
In good condition with wear consistent with age and use, including crazing and a small chip on the rim. Please review all photos.
